Group Opportunities
In addition to individual therapy, I offer group therapy experiences designed to support growth in community.
Groups create space to learn new skills, feel less alone in your experiences, and practice new ways of relating in a supportive and structured environment.
Group offerings may vary throughout the year and are created intentionally to support specific needs, skill development, and shared experiences.

I am currently co facilitating a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group alongside my colleague, Vicky Hansen at Connection Therapy Center. DBT is an evidence based approach that helps individuals build practical skills to navigate intense emotions, improve relationships, and feel more grounded in daily life.
This group focuses on four core areas of skill building
• Mindfulness, or learning how to be present without becoming overwhelmed
• Distress tolerance, or how to get through difficult moments without making things worse
• Emotion regulation, or understanding and working with emotions more effectively
• Interpersonal effectiveness, or learning how to communicate needs and maintain boundaries
DBT groups are structured, supportive, and focused on real world application. Participants learn skills they can use immediately while also gaining support from others working toward similar goals.
Currently Regence is also accepted alongside Premera and soon I will panelled with Medicaid through Connection Therapy Center. Inquire through emailing scheduling@connectiontherapycenter.com to schedule a consult and find out more!
This group will be pivoting to being online on Wednesday’s from 6:30-8pm, more updates to come.
