I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, wanting to explore and process deeper or long-standing experiences, and who are open to growing in meaningful ways. This includes clients who are ready to build practical skills, step outside of familiar patterns, and engage with the work both in and outside of session. I focus on supporting clients in taking in the full therapeutic journey, allowing what is explored in session to extend into all parts of their lives. My intention is for therapy to feel like a space where change is experienced and practiced, so it naturally carries into relationships, daily life, and the way you show up in the world.

What makes my approach different is that I do not see therapy as just a space to talk. While creating room for your experiences and emotions is important, I equally value helping you learn, practice, and take something with you outside of session. I like to come in with intention, often bringing a plan, tools, or resources that you can actually use in your day to day life. I am a strong believer that growth happens through practicing what you are learning, and therapy can be a place to build accountability, compassion, and gentleness toward yourself or each other. My goal is for our work together to feel active and meaningful, so it is not just something you talk about, but something you experience and apply.

Making therapy accessible is really important to me, especially knowing that therapy can be a significant investment. I believe that the cost reflects the level of care, intention, and preparation that goes into each session, including the time I spend outside of session creating/finding resources, planning, and making sure you feel supported both coming in and leaving. Accessibility to me is not just about cost, it is also about how I show up. It means being flexible when possible, adapting to your needs, and creating a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to engage in the work. It also means slowing down, being intentional, and practicing what I encourage in therapy, including care for self, awareness of what is happening in your life and the world around you, and making sure the process feels manageable and meaningful for you.

I love self expression, which for me is always something a little different, and I bring that into the therapy space. I show up authentically and as myself, and I want therapy to feel like a place where you can do the same. My style is warm and open, while still holding clear boundaries so the space feels safe and grounded. Our work together is not just about talking, it often includes trying new activities, practicing skills, and engaging in the process in a way that helps things actually shift. My goal is for you to feel supported, comfortable, and also gently challenged to grow in ways that feel meaningful to you.

I currently do ONLY telehealth through my own independent business (Grasso Integrative Therapy).
I ALSO work at Connection Therapy Center in Seattle on the weekends + one weekday (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday Mornings) IN PERSON.
Overtime I will be transitioning and looking for my own IN PERSON space but for now I am doing telehealth!
For telehealth it ranges in times depending on the day, so during our consult we can figure it out!
IF you would like in-person for now it would need to go through Connection Therapy Center. You can email them at: scheduling@connectiontherapycenter.com
